Great Lakes Pirate Festival
This event includes a day of food & drinks, live music, and pirate contests on the island. The Mackinac Pirate Adventure Tour with the Good Fortune pirate ship will feature water cannons for the kids as well as a bar for adults. Lavender Fest
Make a craft, bring a picnic, and enjoy the many other Friday farm activities we have scheduled throughout the summer. The farm is free to visit. Some weeks will feature live music, food vendors, and additional classes and activities. Lavender Hill Farms- 7354 Horton Bay Rd. North, Boyne City.

The Venetian Festival in Charlevoix has been a highlight of summer in Northern Michigan for more than 80 years.
Enjoy amateur snow carving, outhouse races, sleigh rides, poker walk, chili cook-off, and more at Mackinaw City’s Winterfest Celebration!

The majestic and historic Grand Hotel is one of the first sights visitors see as they head into the harbor on Mackinac Island.
Fisherman’s Island State Park has more than 2,600 acres and miles of gorgeous Lake Michigan beach and is located just south of Charlevoix.

Just a short drive from Harbor Springs or Petoskey are more than a dozen Northern Michigan cross country ski trails in Emmet County.
